Who are we?

YTD was formed in 1991 by Suzan Barazani, Ph.D. Before
starting YTD, she held positions as training program
developer and supervisor for Control Data Corporation
and American Savings Bank.

Suzan holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology and
Technology from USC. She has done advanced studies
on the cost effectiveness of training programs and brings
a meaningful ROI perspective to each project.
