YTD was formed in 1991 by Suzan Barazani, Ph.D. Before
starting YTD, she held positions as training program
developer and supervisor for Control Data Corporation
and American Savings Bank.Suzan holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology and
Technology from USC. She has done advanced studies
on the cost effectiveness of training programs and brings
a meaningful ROI perspective to each project.
